Bryan Seiff, MD

Dr. Bryan Seiff is a fellowship-trained oculoplastic and aesthetic facial surgeon with a passion for the intricate surgeries of the eyelid and face. He specializes in both cosmetic and functional procedures of the eyelid, brow, and face. After graduating first in his class at UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School, Dr. Seiff completed his ophthalmology residency at New York Hospital-Cornell. He was one of only 13 physicians selected to complete a two-year oculoplastic surgery fellowship at the University of California-San Francisco.

Dr. Seiff has performed numerous delicate procedures of the eyelid and face, including repair of droopy eyelids for improved vision and appearance, removal and reconstruction of skin cancers, improvement of tearing problems, and correction of numerous other eyelid and facial abnormalities. Dr. Seiff also maintains a strong interest in aesthetic care, including cosmetic eyelid and facial surgery, as well as non-invasive cosmetic interventions such as Botox, fillers, and Kybella. He also directs the Seiff Medispa, which offers a variety of noninvasive skin and body rejuvenation treatments.

At Christiana Hospital, Dr. Seiff serves as a member of the clinical faculty in both the Ophthalmology and Oral Maxillofacial Surgery departments. He is also the section chief for facial cosmetic surgery in the OMFS department. He remains active in the American Society of Oculofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and has served as the chair of the Young ASOPRS committee.

In addition to his medical practice, Dr. Seiff is also a sought-after lecturer and presenter for various national surgical meetings around the country. His work has been published in numerous textbooks and scientific journals. To Dr. Seiff, cosmetic surgery is both a science and an art in pursuit of natural, harmonious results. He strives to provide the highest level of patient satisfaction.

Dr. Seiff lives in Wilmington with his wife and two children. His greatest joy is going on adventures or playing sports with his sons and watching them grow. During his spare time, he enjoys reading, golfing, and traveling, especially if it involves time at the beach.

John W. Gillespie III, MD

Dr. Gillespie was born in Newark, DE and raised in Hockessin, DE. He is married with two beautiful daughters.

He attended Salesianum High School and University of Delaware, where he received his B.A. in Biological Sciences.

Dr. Gillespie completed the prestigious General Surgery residency at Christiana Care Hospital in Delaware and obtained his Board Certification. It was during his general surgery training that his dream of becoming a Plastic Surgeon was born.  Dr. Gillespie was selected for a Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at the renowned Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, becoming a Board Eligible Plastic Surgeon. It was during his training that he became a leader in Cosmetic and Reconstructive surgery. He specializes in Facial, Body and post-Bariatric Body Contouring.

Dr. Gillespie has grown a substantial aesthetic background, including facelifts, eyelid surgery, neck lifts, breast augmentation, mommy makeovers and liposuction. He prides himself on his post-Bariatric body contouring procedures such as breast lifts/reductions, tummy tucks, whole body lifts, arm and thigh lifts. He is also the leading plastic surgeon in the Delaware area offering the “Brazilian Butt Lift.” Dr. Gillespie is also one of the few plastic surgeons in the entire United States offering treatment for a rare but real illness referred to as, “Breast Implant Illness Syndrome.” Dr. Gillespie holds medical licenses in PA and DE and has offices in Wilmington and Dover, DE.

Beatrice Gaynor, PhD, APRN, FNP-BC

Beatrice Gaynor, better known as  Bebe, is all about graceful and gradual aging. With over 25 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner and over 30 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Delaware, she now works as a nurse injector, helping her patients love the skin they’re in. 

Born and raised in Pennsylvania, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Delaware and her Master of Science in Family Nursing from Wilmington University. She later returned to the University of Delaware to earn her PhD in Nursing Science. 

In addition to seeing patients here at the Seiff Center, Dr. Gaynor is an Associate Professor in the School of Nursing at the University of Delaware, where she conducts research and teaches multiple undergraduate and graduate classes. Her award-winning work has been published in numerous journals. She has been named the Top Nurse Educator, Top Advanced Practice Nurse, and Top Public Health Nurse by Delaware Today.

Bebe loves to educate and support her patients on their aesthetic journey while delivering realistic, naturally beautiful results. This is her professional and artistic Zen sandbox. She also enjoys maintaining positive collaborative relationships with peer injectors and is continually growing and advancing her skills to provide the best possible care to her patients.

Bebe met the love of her life at the University of Delaware and is the happily married mother of 2 amazing people. She enjoys a life full of loving her family and friends.

Tania Martins, LME

Originally from Portugal, Tania moved to Long Island, New York, with her family when she was 7 years old. After graduating from the New York Institute of Beauty in 2010, she and her husband moved to Delaware.

With over a decade of experience in the medical aesthetic field, Tania enjoys using her skills to make a positive impact on her clients. She keeps up with the latest treatments and trends to curate customized treatment plans that address each client’s individualized concerns. When you receive a plan from Tania, you can be sure that she takes everything into consideration, including age, ethnicity, skin color, and skin concerns. Her goal is to create healthy, glowing skin for everyone she treats.

Tania specifically enjoys working with lasers and other new technologies, including the OPUS plasma, which helps resurface and tighten skin and reduce unwanted dark spots. These treatments help her patients feel fresher, younger, and more confident in their natural, new skin.

In addition to her passion for aesthetics, Tania is a certified yoga instructor and aims to practice every day. In her free time, she also practices karate and can often be found exploring Delaware’s State Parks and Ecological Preserves with her beloved Bassett Hounds, Hoot & Wilbur. Thanks to her worldly upbringing, Tania is fluent in Portuguese and understands Spanish.

Cindy Treadway, Office Manager

Cindy Treadway is the glue that keeps the Seiff Center together! Cindy has been working with Dr. Seiff for over seven years and knows the practice like the back of her hand. She keeps everything running as smoothly as possible.

When she isn’t keeping the office in order, she loves to spend time with her daughter, Arya, and husband, Mike, playing video games together or hanging out with their pets. During baseball season, you can often find her cheering on the Baltimore Orioles.

Megan Scarano, Patient Concierge

Megan, our Aesthetic Liaison and Patient Concierge, is the friendly face behind the Lewes office! She does a little bit of everything – checking patients in and out, providing product and service information, scheduling appointments, handling payments, and assisting management and providers.

In addition to ensuring top-tier service at the Seiff Center, she also stays up to date with education and training in the aesthetic industry. Her goal is to make every patient interaction a pleasant and positive one.

Originally from Wilmington, Megan is proud to call Rehoboth Beach home. In her spare time, she loves traveling and has visited 39 countries! She also loves great food, true crime, fitness, and spending time with her loving husband, Steve, and her adorable French bulldog, Chauncey.

Kara Thompson, Surgery Coordinator

Organized and friendly, Kara is the perfect person to keep our surgery schedule straight. When she isn’t scheduling surgeries and talking with patients, she also conducts pre-ops, manages patient testing, and verifies insurance.

When she isn’t in the office, she enjoys walking through our local trails, dining at some of Sussex County’s best restaurants, watching movies, or listening to true crime stories. Happily married to her husband, Jason, she is also the proud mom of Talia and Jensen.

Gia Lano, Medical Assistant

As Dr. Seiff’s Medical Assistant, Gia plays a key role here at the Seiff Center. She is an excellent multitasker and willing to jump in whenever she is needed.

Outside the office, she loves to spend time with her husband of 26 years, Rocky, and their two beautiful daughters, Gina and Gabby. She is also the proud dog-mom of two Newfypoos, Nelly and Teddy, and Charli, a Teacup Yorkie. Gia has a passion for fashion and design and loves to keep up with the latest trends. She has been lucky enough to travel the world, but Siesta Key in sunny Sarasota, Florida, will always hold a special place in her heart.

Ashley Evans, Receptionist

Ashley Evans is a Certified Nursing Assistant with over 12 years of experience in the medical field. She enjoys greeting patients in both offices and managing all aspects of Dr. Seiff and Bebe’s scheduling. Her experience in the medical field makes her invaluable, and her sense of humor keeps everyone smiling.

When she isn’t behind the desk, she is a proud mom to her beautiful daughter, Serenity. They love to spend time with friends and family at the bowling alley or doing anything creative, such as arts and crafts and jewelry making.
